THE ASK: Turn a sugar alternative into the most loved brand in your pantry.
MY ROLE: 8 years running organic and paid social media, plus 2 years running content creation overall. Planned, photographed/videod, partnered with influencers, calendared content, designed for digital, social, and print, and managed media, in addition to managing the relationship with an outside agency for the brand’s first national campaign.
WHAT WE DID: With a superstar team, used top-notch content, amazing customer service, and investment in relationships to create a community of die-hard Swerve fans and partners who became evangelists for the brand. Every piece of content, new product announcement, and snippet of product info was amplified by an organic network of supporters.
RESULTS: Grew revenue 45x over 8 years, launched a national campaign, and was acquired by a public company seeking to understand how we did so much with so few people.
